Assignment #2: Now that we know your customer's needs, I want you to dive deep into their feelings toward the PROBLEM your product or service solves for them. How do they FEEL about what they're struggling with? And how do those feelings show up in the different areas of their lives (partnership, career, kids, friends, community, etc.).
